Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
as cliche as it may sound, im having the vibes.

ahh the idea of being apart for 14 long dreadful days, no comments. really. certainly im missing him badly. 8 days till the day he's back to mainland n im anticipating our 3rd year date. 2709, nono not an anniversary. just other ordinary day that reminds me of our beautiful friendship that's turning 3.

im down with a week n 6 days to training. all the emotions n anxiousness remained bottled up. peer support have been useful. they've shared some really useful advices n their enriching experiences by far. no matter what it is. im positive people.

im happy for emil who will be soaring her first fleet next month. to where ah, sydney? Hazel will be graduating on the day i begin.~

the brighter side of me is looking forward n counting my days. i cant wait to see the friends at stc n that include B928 n my batch. on top of that, i'll get to c niz as well. she'll be coming back for her business class training. I do hope she has details to share. :)

are you aware of the breaking news last sunday?

Driving in wind n rain with very poor visibility, it skided off the runway n caught fire moments after the crash. Flight OG269 in phuket airport killed 89 people out of the 130 on board which includes crew members. Among the 41 survivors, i believe many were foreigners and none of the crewmembers had survived.

cnn news was mentioning about the indonesian captain n questioning about his experiences. n refering to other asian pilots and their experiences. personally, i feel that asian pilots are equally well trained n experienced as with other continents. and even as a budget carrier, i believe onetwogo has to adopt the standard requirements in hiring captains n likewise for copilots.

hence it is rather unappropriate to qn ones abilities n experiences by the fact tt they are asians n flying for a budget airline. accidents do happen and the weather is one contributing factor here. i believe the investigators have also recovered the blackbox. so lets hope the data recorder could provide us with some answers to the tragedy. momentarily, lets keep our fingers crossed for the health of the survivors.

speaking of which, did i tell you i've been tuning in to natgeo every tuesdays at nine?aircrashinvestigation. pretty interesting at how vital every part of the fleet is. right from the big body to a teenyweeny button which could lead to a mishap.

n be glued on every wednesday night. 9.30pm with rahsia perkahwinan. the amazing hurdles n colours you'll encounter in marriages n 10pm with grey's anatomy. that medical drama.
